Or Coffee for your english speaking types like myself. Actually, I am just assuming that Kaffee equals Coffee. It might mean "Ant's unmentionables" for all I know.

Anyway, I dear friend of mine sent from Germany a care package of some Eilles Santos de Brasileiro, which I have decited means "Eilles brand coffee of the Brazillian variety". Ignorance really is bliss.

Funny I should mention bliss. For this is good coffee. Why shouldn't it be, its Brazillian (or at least I think it is) and there is very little from Brazil that isn't good. Personaly I can only think of one Brazillian thing I don't like and I'm not going to talk about that here.

So many coffees, even good ones have a taste that fits on a narrow band. Comparing it to something like sound or light we would compare your typical coffee to a beam of warm yellow light. This stuff is more like a little rainbow of coffee goodness.

Some people liken this to burnt cookie flavored coffee, but I would not be one of those people. I like this, and I would buy it.

Next up: A cardboard box of Kraft coffee. Also German. I have two fears that I won't immediately know. Fear 1. This is decaf. Fear 2. This is instant. My review and mysterys solved as soon as I finish the box. Coffee in a cardboard box....weird....
