"Kaffee Hag: HERZHAFT Kräftig"

Hag brand coffee from Kraft: Strong Decafinated.

I said I was going to get to the bottom of this mystery and review this coffee. I have done half of this and that's as far as I feel comfortable going.

I have worked hard to be a coffee snob and I am pretty sure they would chip the handle off of my coffee snob cup if I put decafinated coffee to my lips knowingly. Thus in my search for knowledge about this gift of German coffee from Stacy, I have managed to find myself in a position where I can't actually drink it. Hey, what can I say, a man needs rules to live by. Who knew I would find myself up against the "Death before decaf" rule. Knowledge is power.

According to my reading the coffee was producted by Hag, a West German company started by Ludwig Roselius who invented the Decafination process in the early 1800's.

Fortunately for the coffee and I, I know of someone who doesn't have the "death before decaf" rule in his personal book. Plus he will like it strong. And maybe I can even shame him into posting a review about it.
