Is March "Screw the fat man" month?
Some Hawaiian idiot by the name of Rida Cabanilla (A replublican) has introduced a resolution wanting to weigh and grade teachers on the scale and punish any who are supersized. Their argument is that 20 percent of Hawaii's children are overweight and if the teacher is overweight too they are to blame as they are the bad example.
The part that made me say, "Yes, this idiot is a republican" is this quote from the idiot in question:
"As a matter of fact, we should start at home, but since the legislature has no way to regulate homes, we can at least start in school," Cabanilla said. "And teachers have a lot of impact to these students."
That right there my friends is chilling.

This crap just blows me away. How will the radical right attack private citizens next? I think I better go join a church before the Inquisitors come knocking.

You're so quick to judge. She just so happens to be a DEM not a Republican. DO YOUR RESEARCH. It's always interesting to see what you libbies are going after next. For those of you who are supposed to be for the "underdog" it amazes me that this would bother you. Is it really such a shame to have someone be concerned about the children. She is only trying to do right by helping these children stay healthy. How on earth can you put her down for that?
