I have not received a census form in Georgia either. I have asked several times on the facebook page about it, but never receive a response, although other people receive responses. I don't understand why I have not received a form. I have not received a first or a second one or any other mailings from the census bureau. I have even asked if there is a place in my area where I can pick up my own form, but have not received a response. I have actually spent hours trying to find any of this information out and have yet to receive any type of response. The Descendants was a surprisingly warm, entertaining and thoughtful film for me. It deals specifically with a family going through a specific tragedy and dealing with that tragedy and all the secrets they never knew existed. We can see the weight of the world on George Clooney's shoulders as he descends deeper and deeper into misery.
What made this movie so good for me was the complexity of Clooney's character and the depth he went to in order to deal with a big family secret, an estranged daughter, a curious daughter and a dying wife. It felt real and heartwarming to see his friends and a new real estate agent and his wife literally turn his world upside down! Try keeping a dry eye during this film. Real-life drama and passion. I can see why it's winning all the awards. A very well made film.

Just received form, with right address, wrong town, wrong zip code, making me fall into another county. It is a rual area, and likely my name was recognized from the Post Office service our little area. I do not want to return as likely the wrong county will "get credit" for my family, and not the smaller county needing those increased numbers. Unfortunatley, the bar coding contains all the wrong data, so any changes I attempt to make to correct this information will be not be made. I do reside in Tennessee, however, I think many rural areas are affected as well. What a nightmare they have created!

I agree using AESDirect to file your EEI is a major improvement over filing the paper forms.
One of the problems I think most filers face when working with a freight forwarder, especially if it's a routed shipment. Is not having the particular vessel information to properly file your EEI.
One way is to create your shipment and supply as much information as you can. For the departure date, simply provide a approximate future sailing date.
Have the freight forwarder send you the booking and vessel information so you can update the EEI information using AESDirect.
Also keep in mind that when using Import commodity codes they will not show up when searing export commodity codes. Remember you are allowed to use import and export commodity codes for exports.
When shipping with companies like FedEx or UPS they provide a portal where you can self file your EEI and receive your ITN. This will save you about $10 filling fee from the carrier.
Tip: Don't forget to use templates when using AESDirect, they will save you time when filing your EEI.

The second forms were sent out before April 1st. Perhaps you should have given people a chance to complete it by census day. You also should have explained on the second form that some places were sent 2nd forms as a matter of practice. We had no way of knowing if you already got our form, or if we needed to complete and mail it again.
You are making more work for yourself, because when people get a 2nd notice, they will send it in again to avoid being visited.

The article tries to imply that the prosecutors' case would require "for the purpose of" to mean "for a purpose of", but that's simply not how the words "the" and "a" work; it's obvious that "the purpose of ___" does not imply that no other purposes exist, just as "the tall man" does not imply that no other men exist. I think that the "the"/"a" question is really a red herring. The same question could be posed with an expression like "for fun": if a law forbade contributions that were made "for fun", would that imply that it only forbade contributions that were made "just for fun", or would it imply that it forbade any contributions where fun was a motivating factor? (As Jon Weinberg says, the real question is legislative intent.)
