Hi future neighbor! We're moving in on the 11th. Congratulations on the beautiful house. :) We're from New York, so this is really a big move for us. Hoping to get phone and cable lines hooked up before we move in on April 12th. I think we are next door neighbors on the other side of the creek :) Maybe we can get a two fer one discount on the berm trees! :)
