This is the CPU I've been using for the last 8 months along with the Gigabyte 8KNXP MB and the Mushkin RAM. If you buy with the motherboard I'll throw in a Thermalright SLK900U ($40+ value) for free and already mounted with Arctic Silver 3 compound that is fully cured over the last 8 months... though really in shipping you may want to re-apply new AS5 compound when you get it... and it might be easier to ship that way anyway.
